Jess
Jessica, founder of The Nanny Standard Agency, brings a deep passion for childcare and a clear vision for building a collaborative and meaningful company culture. As a mother of two, she combines personal insight with more than 20 years of experience in both entrepreneurship and childcare.
Jessica is dedicated to creating thoughtful matches between families and caregivers while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and trust. Her leadership helps ensure that both families and nannies feel supported throughout the placement process.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and participating in motorsports. She is also actively involved in community initiatives. Guided by her core values of innovation, transparency, and commitment to clients, Jessica continues to move the agency forward with integrity and purpose.
