Jess
Co-founder of the Nanny Standard Agency, Jessica brings both passion for childcare and clear vision for fostering collaborative, meaningful company culture. A mother of two, she has over 20 years of combined experience in entrepreneurship and childcare.
Outside of her professional work, Jessica enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and motor-sports. She is actively involved in community efforts. Guided by her core values of innovation, transparency, and client commitment, she continues to drive the agency forward with integrity and purpose.
Kasia
Kasia, co-founder of the Nanny Standard Agency, puts herself into every client parent and candidate’s shoes. As a mom of two, with experience as a nanny and licensed home daycare provider, she prides herself on maintaining perspective while advocating for positive outcomes.
She enjoys planning road trips, cooking, and making meaningful connections. With 20 years of experience building client relationships, a focus on meeting the needs of both childcare providers and the families who are seeking their help, Kasia brings her passion into every candidate and client family interaction.
